Dr. Lincoln Sloas is an Associate Professor in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Florida Atlantic University. He received his Ph.D. in Criminology, Law, and Society from George Mason University in 2015. Dr. Sloas conducts research in the areas of problem-solving courts including drug courts and how individuals navigate substance abuse treatment services. His most recent research has been published in Criminal Justice Review, Criminal Justice Policy Review, and Journal of Quantitative Criminology. Dr. Sloas teaches courses in Law, Crime and the Criminal Justice System, Drug Courts and Problem-Solving Courts.
