PROJECT

Over the summer, Stephanie Langlois joined Dr. Dalgleish and a team of engineers who have developed the Unobtrusive Multi-static Lidar Imager (UMSLI) to capture and monitor marine life interactions near MHK sites. Stephanie’s project consisted of creating a series of documents that would help make a cost analysis and illustrate that the capital expenditures costs have been reduced between the initial prototype and the new beta prototype. These documents consist of a Bill of Materials and a Hardware Description Document. Stephanie spent part of the summer making a Bill of Materials (BOM) and updating a Hardware Description Document for the initial prototype. Stephanie then moved on to make an Estimated BOM, Actual BOM and a Hardware Description Document for the beta prototype.
